The Virginia Coalition for Sex Education Reform (VACSER) was founded in 2018. As a coalition of partner organizations, VACSER brings together issue advocacy networks, community groups, and individual citizens in support of the idea that all children have a right to medically accurate, age appropriate, comprehensive, and inclusive Family Life Education.
